1. How does your referral process work?
I like to start by understanding your needs—whether you’re buying, selling, or investing. Based on your location, personality, interests, and goals, I will match you with a top-rated real estate agent in your area. Once you're connected, they’ll take it from there.
2. Do I have to pay for this service?
Nope—my referral service is completely free for clients. I am compensated by the agents I refer you to, only if a successful transaction happens. So it’s in my best interest to match you with someone who’ll get the job done right!
3. What makes your agents different?
99% of the time I only work with realtors who I personally know. These agents have a proven track record—strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and positive client reviews. Many of them are top performers in their markets and have become good friends. You won’t be stuck with someone inexperienced or just “average.” If I have sent someone your way, it is for a reason!
4. What if I’m not happy with the agent you referred me to?
No problem at all—your satisfaction is my biggest priority. If the first match isn’t the right fit, I’ll gladly refer you to another agent until you feel confident and comfortable moving forward.
5. Where are your network of real estate professionals mostly based?
I am a licensed professional in the state of Florida—so needless to say the vast majority of professionals I work with are sprinkled throughout the state of Florida (most in Palm Beach County, as well as Brevard County). However, I also have relationships with realtors in the state of Kentucky, Virginia, and North Carolina. While I haven’t worked directly with agents in other locations I am open to doing preliminary research to find someone great and growing my network if you are really interested in working together!
