Causes & Community— We All Have a “Why” in Life

#MentalHealthMatters

Something really personal to me has always been advocating for mental health. With two significant family members in the mental health field, along with my own personal experiences advocating for those struggling is incredibly important. As we know, life takes its toll on all of us at one point or another, and it is important to be there for others in trying times because you never know when it will be you.

I hope you always remember,

“It’s not about how many times you fall down, but rather how many times you get back up and try again.”
